Though he traveled the world for his work, his heart remained in the wood shops of his youth in Cairo. Woodcraft had long been his release, an outlet for creativity amid the rigid demands of his career. Now, is ready to share his lifelong love of wood with the world.

Ever since he was a boy, Raouf  had a keen interest in building and creating things with his own hands. Born in Cairo, Egypt, he traveled extensively as a child and was exposed to many cultures where skilled craftsmanship was revered. This early exposure fueled his passion for working with tools and materials to construct one-of-a-kind items.

Raouf worked as an automotive engineer and workshop manager, honing his skills by designing intricate steel structures and machinery. While rewarding, this job involved long hours in a stressful environment. To find solace, Raouf turned to woodworking as a hobby, relishing the opportunity to escape from life's pressures through creative work.

After years of balancing his engineering career with woodworking on the side, Raouf decided to leave the corporate world behind and turn his lifelong hobby into a full-time business. By following his passion for craftsmanship.
